Leading solar PV company AZUR SOLAR is a silver sponsor at the forthcoming Solar Power UK conference & exhibition at the ICC in Birmingham between 26-28 October and has already confirmed its participation in several of the key conference slots.
Standing alongside peers and several industry bodies as part of the discussion panel, Robert Markus Feldmann, MD at AZUR SOLAR will speak on the most significant market issues and opportunities currently facing the European solar PV sector including technology developments, pricing and capacity.
“Solar is definitely the energy of the future when it comes to clean, efficient, economic and ecologically sustainable energy production – and while the market and many of our competitors are under severe stress at the moment, the opportunities are still immense,” stated Robert Markus Feldmann. “The whole solar industry is in a resetting mode, which means we have to revise our business models collectively. The current simple distribution model will continue to work for a while in the UK but this model has already reached maturity in the German market. Addressing the energy problem, is more than just about a module – it needs intelligence, it needs software, it needs system design and system engineering. That’s where AZUR SOLAR is and where I think the market will shift too, so we are already well positioned to continue to deliver a technologically advanced, quality integrated solution at an affordable price, which in turn delivers real savings and benefits for end user customers.”
In addition to participating in several other conference sessions including one that looks at assisting recently qualified MCS installers, AZUR SOLAR will have a number of key products on display on its stand C2-6. These include the unique AZUR 2P coated modules that are virtually free of degradation and produce up to 15% more lifetime power. Guaranteed to still perform at above 98% efficiency even after 20 years, they will continue to generate more clean and ecologically sustainable energy over the life of the system.
AZUR SOLAR will also be promoting its just launched online shop for installers that makes selecting and ordering components and kits significantly easier, quicker and also cheaper plus as an introductory offer is offering all MCS installers and registering a £100 discount on their first order over £2,000.
Robert Markus Feldmann concluded: “We all have to think both out of and beyond the box and I believe that Solar Power UK will have a real impact in shaping the future of the UK and European solar PV sector.”
