Arrange It How You Want
The option of longer strings, which the 1000 VDC permits allows for more modules in a series. The TLX inverter has no problem handling strings in both parallel and individual configuration so strings can be connected in either uniform or mixed configuration. As the inverter can handle higher voltage than traditional string inverters, it is possible to connect more modules to each string.
Multiple MPP Tracking a Major Advantage
With the TLX inverter series MPPT capability, both the number of power point trackers and the voltage range are maximised. The possibility of designing systems with varying roof angles, positioning or differing amounts of modules per sting is therefore possible.
Lesser Impact from Shading on Yield
The high ratio of MPPTs compensates for shading in the winter season without significant yield losses. Ground mounted as well as rooftop systems can accept closer module alignment, thereby creating the opportunity to install more PV per square meter.
